No Problem / 忘れちゃえば no problem

Have you ever had an experience like this.
" Oh, No!! I ever seen this film "
when you bought or borrowed a video movie??

One day, one customer of the Blue Parrot said to me,
" I bought this video last week, but I've seen it already.
Can I exchange it??"

Normally we have to say " No sorry ",
but its okay for such an special case, isn't it??

Also she said to me.
" I like to read Suspense stories and I often buy it again & again.
So this is no problem,
I always seem to forget who the bad guy is.
( I guess she'd like to say "its a crimical --")I think.

" No problem, no problem"
She says.

She left me her calling card : "Life Line in English"
So she is involved in voluntear work sometimes.

ビデオを買ったり借りたりして、家で見ようとする時、
こんなことがありませんか？

「見たいと思って買ったけど、家にあったから
とりかえていい？？」

本来は No Sorry　なのですが

そういえば、こんなことも言っていましたっけ
「サスペンスが好きでよく読むけど、１回読んだことを忘れてしまって
また買ってしまうことがよくあるのよ。
でもね、誰が悪い人(犯人のことね）だったか忘れているから　No problem!
ぜんぜん問題ないです」(キッパリ！！)
